Hi everyone,Just a reminder to let me know whether or not you can attend the afternoon meeting on the 13th January, as detailed below.
While we're still working on a suitable date for an evening session for those of you who are busy every week day, I can now confirm a date for an afternoon session.
Both the afternoon and evening session will be the same - just a small group discussion about the project to give you some ideas for photographs and give you a chance to ask any questions and sign consent forms etc. It should last around an hour and you only need to attend one of these, I just thought it might be an idea to give you a choice of evening or afternoon sessions.
So, the first afternoon session will be on Thursday the 13th of January in the Independent Resource Centre, 627 Dumbarton Road at 2pm. Please let me know as soon as possible if you think you will be able to make this. You're welcome to bring friends/family, even if they don;t want to participate, and/or wee ones if needs be.
Finally, for those of you who haven't had the chance yet, please let me know the following information:
1. Your full name
2. A contact telephone number (just in case we ever have a last minute change of plans)
3. Your post code
4. Times/days you are usually available - morning/afternoons/evenings, weeekends only, that kind of thing.
5. What kind of camera you think you might use and what equipment you need me to supply. I can give you a disposable camera with flash, or any kind of film you might need for your own camera. Or if you'd rather buy your own film we can just reimburse you later (up to a maximum of about £5 per film) - of course, you're also welcome to use digital cameras if you have one.
For those of you who can't make this meeting, don't worry, an evening session will be organized shortly.
Thanks again for your continued participation,
Lisa Garnham
